Nice to know the capability of the chipset.=)

As for DDR3....the price is the major hindering point for it to reach standard benchmarking, period.

The DDR3 mobo itself is a killer for its price=(

Anyway, hope to see u back frequently in review for various hardwares in near future.

Hi unker longsiew...

I didn't perform a FSB test because I believe that current generation chipsets should be able to hold up not two, but four cores at once. If I did a C2D FSB run, I'm guessing it'd be able to do as well as a 680i. Heat wasn't much issue, because the SPP didn't like anything over 1.5V on the sample.

Like I said, it's a good DDR2 board. If only NVIDIA has been a little more active pushing out DDR3+3Way SLI, it'd be a benchmarking standard today.

Any FSB Hole for 780i like the previous 680i chipset??

oc 680i chipset is like pain in the ass just try to gauge the FSB Hole on locked multi.

Is the nb hot??

These are the two main issues that concern me for the 780i chipset
